  1. Before you use the Platform for the first time, we will ask you to choose whether to allow JaayoRun to access your location. Location services must be enabled for us to provide delivery Services.

  1. We may collect Wi-Fi metadata from your device, including MAC address, SSID, signal levels, and GPS location in relation to Wi-Fi networks. We use this information primarily to recommend Vendors closest to your location.

  1. We share your name, phone number, delivery address, and order details with the Delivery Agent assigned to deliver your order.

 

  1. We share your information with third-party service providers who help us operate the Platform, including payment processors, cloud hosting providers, customer support software providers, and analytics providers. These providers are bound by confidentiality agreements.

 

  1. We may disclose your information if required by law, court order, or regulatory request, or if necessary to protect our rights, property, or safety.

  • Disclaimer Regarding Vendors

 

JaayoRun has no prior relationship or representation with Vendors whose services are listed on the Platform. We will not be responsible for any breach of representations made by any Vendor concerning any order made by you.


  • Data Retention

 

  1. Your personal information shall be retained for a period of seven (7) years after your last active use of the Platform, or as required by applicable laws, whichever is longer.

 

  1. After this period, your data shall be deleted or anonymized in accordance with our Records Retention Policy.

  2. We are required to by any applicable law;
